You may use our website and submit requests only if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and are acting on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization or institution you are authorized to represent.

1.3 Request & Approval Model

All access to Research Stations facilities is subject to a request and approval process. Submitting a form, email, or inquiry does not guarantee access or availability.

We reserve the right to approve, decline, or modify requests at our discretion based on scheduling, suitability, safety considerations, or operational constraints.

1.4 Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Pricing varies based on space type, duration, and scheduling requirements. Deposits and/or prepayment may be required to reserve time blocks.

Payment terms, cancellation terms, and any applicable deposits will be confirmed prior to finalizing a booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the nature of the booking. Any applicable terms will be communicated during the approval process.

Research Stations does not claim ownership of any research, data, materials, results, or intellectual property created by users of the facility. All such rights remain with the researcher or their institution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Research Stations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or facilities.

2. Facility Use & Liability Disclaimer

2.1 Facility Access Only
